By boarding any vessel operated by Jodie Lynn Charters, all passengers acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • I understand that participation in fishing charters and boating activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, seasickness, slips, falls, equipment-related incidents, and changing weather or sea conditions.
  • I voluntarily assume all risks associated with this activity for myself and any minors in my care.
  • I agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Jodie Lynn Charters, its owners, captains, crew, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or illness that may occur during or as a result of participation in this charter.
  • I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the Captain and crew at all times. I understand that failure to do so may result in termination of the trip without refund.

The Captain reserves the right to cancel or modify any trip due to weather, safety concerns, or other conditions deemed necessary.

By boarding the vessel, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Hold Harmless Agreement.

At Jodie Lynn Charters, we understand plans can change. To ensure fairness for all guests and allow us to manage our schedules effectively, we ask you review our policy below.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • A minimum of 10 business days’ notice is required for a full deposit refund.
  • Cancellations within 10 business days of your scheduled trip are non-refundable.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations result in forfeiture of deposit.

Weather Policy

  • Safety is our top priority. All weather-related decisions are made by the Captain.
  • The Captain monitors weather conditions and will make the final call based on safety & sea conditions
  • If a chartered trip must be canceled due to weather, we will:
  • Offer to reschedule your trip, or provide a refund of your deposit if rescheduling is not possible
Rescheduling
  • We are happy to work with you to reschedule your trip, based on availability.
  • Weather-related reschedules will always be prioritized.

Additional Notes

  • Deposits ($200–$400) are required to reserve your trip date.
  • Balance due day of your trip.
  • Gratuity customary at 10–20% and is not included in price
